- Cancellations within 48 hours incur a one-night charge.
- No-shows result in 100% charges.
Hotel Germanus, Madurai
- A full refund is granted for cancellations made within seven days prior.
- Cancellations made within three days prior will incur a 25% retention charge.
- A 35% retention charge applies to cancellations made within two days.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 60% retention charge.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations on the day of arrival, with a 100% retention charge.
